Abstract: Objective: To explore the value of Doppler flow spectrum of uterine artery and ductus venous in fetal growth restriction (FGR). Methods: 26 cases of pregnant women diagnosed as FGR were selected as the observation group. In addition, 26 pregnant women with normal fetal growth in the same period of time were selected as the control group. The two groups of pregnant women were examined by ultrasound of uterine artery and ductus venous, the blood flow index of uterine artery and the frequency spectrum of ductus venous were compared between the two groups. And the gestational age and body mass of the fetus at birth were compared between the two groups. Results: The value of RI, PI, S/D and the incidence of early diastolic notch were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). The ductus venous shunting ratio and the number of atrial contraction valley disappearance and shunting cases in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). And the gestational age and body mass of the fetus at birth in the control group were were significantly higher than those in the observation group (both P < 0.05). Conclusions: The blood flow spectrum of uterine artery and ductus venous measured by color Doppler can reflect the difference of fetal blood circulation in early time under normal circumstances, FGR can be found as early as possible, which can provide imaging basis for doctors, so that they can take relevant measures in time to avoid premature delivery and other situations.
