内容简介

本Technical Note聚焦3D打印钛植入物与血管化腓骨移植“组装式”手术重建下颌骨。提出以种植修复为导向的3D打印钛假体及钛重建板与自体腓骨“组装”重建颌骨这一新技术,通过术前CT数据重建颌骨三维模型,设计并打印颌骨截骨导板;以咬合功能重建为导向,在缺损部位设计术后患者种植牙的植入位点,根据合适的种植牙冠根比例,设计腓骨瓣的移植高度及拼接方式,并打印腓骨截骨导板;设计3D打印钛重建板固定支撑腓骨瓣,其下方缺损由3D打印的多孔钛假体修复外形;依据术前设计的咬合修复方案,设计并打印种植导板,完成种植手术。该技术解决了腓骨宽度与下颌骨高度不匹配的临床问题,兼顾外形与美观的修复,实现了颌骨结构与咬合功能全程数字化的精准重建。
