* Only colour pencils/crayon/oil pastels are allowed.
* Your artwork should be in a cut out square art block at size
20.5cm X 20.5cm.
* Your artwork shall include the cut and paste of cartoon characters as provided.

Terms & Conditions:
1) Innovative Chinese New Year Couplets Drawing Contest (the Contest) is open to children living in Malaysia aged between four and twelve years old (according to birth year).
2) To enter the Contest, you should submit artwork following the below specs:
• Only colour pencils, crayon and oil pastels allowed.
• Artwork should be in square shape, following size 20.5cm (w) x
20.5cm (h)
• Finished artwork must include cut-paste graphics as provided in the cartoon template.
• All artworks submitted must be attached with form as provided.
3) Multiple entries are allowed. Each participant can only win ONE (1) prize.
4) Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5) All artworks must be submitted and reached the organizer no later than 8th Mar 2018. Any artwork received later than said date will be disqualified.
6) Submit or mail your entries to:

7) The organizer does not bear responsibilities for any errors or missing entries during the mailing process.
8) Participant is responsible for the accuracy of personal details provided in form. We will only use this information in relation to the Contest (including checking your eligibility to enter it) and future updates from Da Vinci Creative Kids (DV). The organizer will not disclose the details to public or any other parties.
9) Submitted entries will not be returned to participants.
10) Judging to be conducted by Da Vinci Management based on the originality, creativity, aesthetics and neatness of artwork Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
11) The winning entries will be published on the DV web site at www.dvckid.com and official pages on social networking sites (Facebook: www.fb.com/davincihq & Instagram:@davincihq).
12) By submitting an entry to the Contest, the parent(s) give DV: a. Permission for your child’s entry to be published and grant DV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to republish your child’s entry in electronic format and hard copy for purposes connected with the Contest; and b. The right to use your name, age and town or city of residence for the sole purpose of identifying you as the author of your entry.
13) Parent(s) are responsible for your participation in the Contest based on these Terms and Conditions. Sending in an entry to the Contest means that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the Contest.
14) The winner will receive an angpow worth RM 50 cash and a Certificate of Excellence.
15) Parent of the winner is responsible to provide the details such as (child’s name, child’s I.C. No., child’s bank, child’s bank account) for redemption of the cash prize within the given period of time as stated in result announcement post on DV official Facebook page. Failure to provide above details within the period will result in prizes being forfeited.
16) In the case that the winner does not have a bank account, parent may provide us their own I.C., bank and bank account. If the info given does not tally with parent’s info as provided on the participation form, the organizer reserves the rights to reject the prize redemption.
17) DV accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the prize.
18) DV reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Contest with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of DV in all matters under its control is final and binding.
19) DV shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
